Overview
Coastal communities increasingly realize the need to plan for changing future conditions, but many are unsure where to begin. This interactive course gives coastal management practitioners an overview of the entire process. Participants will learn the foundational concepts of a five-step adaptation-planning process, get information on scoping a vulnerability assessment, and discuss a pathway for taking action. No experience in adaptation planning is needed.
This Office for Coastal Management instructor-led course is delivered virtually.
