Developing Preliminary Floodplain Restoration Designs in Elk and Indian Creeks

This award will advance restoration designs for six sites along Indian and Elk Creek in the rural town of Happy Camp, California. The project will focus on improving salmonid habitat and restoring natural instream processes that help dissipate energy during high water and flooding events.
